This role plays a critical part in achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. As a key member of the property management team, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective marketing plans, drive traffic to the community, and increase occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy, staying informed about market and competitor conditions, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate community tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare leases to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to address any issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive resident experience.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, driving traffic to the community and increasing occupancy rates.
- Utilize on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
