Job Summary:
This position coordinates the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting community tours, processing applications, credit screening, lease preparation, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in process.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Licenses or Certifications:
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions. A valid driver's license is also required to operate a golf cart on property.
Additional Compensation:
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.

- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are in move-in ready condition.
- Stay informed about current market conditions and develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- Design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.
- Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability and record leasing activities.
- Ensure the community meets the Company's standards for show quality.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
- Execute lease renewal program activities.
