Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and make them feel welcome
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders in a timely manner and check in to make sure guests are happy
- Know the menu well and help guests with questions or recommendations
- Keep tables, service areas, and the dining room clean and organized
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other servers to keep service running smoothly
- Handle payments accurately using the POS system
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Serving experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take direction and help wherever needed
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
