The Opportunity
The company is seeking a hands-on director of sales and marketing to lead its next phase of commercial growth, customer acquisition, and brand evolution.
This leader will be responsible for increasing class enrollment, driving revenue growth, expanding brand awareness, and building a more aligned, performance-driven commercial organization.

Core Responsibilities
SALES LEADERSHIP & REVENUE GROWTH
- Lead the company’s commercial growth strategy with accountability for revenue generation, utilization, and customer acquisition
- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives that increase enrollment and improve occupancy across programs
- Optimize inbound sales processes while identifying opportunities for outbound business development and partnership growth
- Build accountability and visibility into pipeline activity, conversion metrics, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Partner with leadership on pricing strategy, promotional calendars, target audiences, and revenue objectives
- Support growth across corporate events, sponsorships, dealer relationships, track rentals, and experiential partnerships
MARKETING LEADERSHIP & BRAND DEVELOPMENT
- Lead the marketing function across digital, content, social media, PR, partnerships, and experiential activations
- Own and evolve the company’s brand positioning, voice, and market presence to increase awareness and demand
- Develop integrated campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and repeat business
- Expand brand reach through influencers, enthusiast communities, partnerships, and events
- Partner closely with Dodge, OEM partners, sponsors, agencies, and PR teams to maximize brand exposure and alignment
COMMERCIAL STRATEGY & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Develop annual commercial plans across product, pricing, promotion, and customer experience
- Evaluate the full customer journey to improve conversion, satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business
- Help elevate the on-site experience and strengthen the company’s premium, hospitality-driven brand positioning
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and grow revenue across programs, events, memberships, merchandise, and partnerships
- Serve as a brand ambassador with VIP customers, sponsors, dealers, partners, and automotive influencers
TEAM LEADERSHIP & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Lead a lean, growing sales and marketing team while operating as a hands-on contributor
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Strengthen alignment across sales, marketing, operations, instructors, and leadership teams
- Provide leadership, coaching, and structure while helping build future team capability

Experience
- 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or growth-oriented business roles
- Proven success driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and utilization within experiential, hospitality, lifestyle, sports, luxury, or automotive-related businesses
- Experience leading both sales and marketing functions in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Strong background in consumer-facing or experience-driven businesses preferred
- Experience building commercial strategies tied directly to measurable revenue outcomes
- Experience with partnerships, sponsorships, events, dealer networks, or experiential activations is highly valued
