About the job:
Administrative Oversight
- Supervise and oversee administrative issues and tasks for team members.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the division by addressing logistical challenges and streamlining processes.
Recruitment Assistance
- Assist in the recruitment process by participating in candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Mentorship and Training
- Identify team members capable of mentoring and training new hires.
- Foster a culture of learning and growth within the division.
Performance Evaluation
- Offer valuable input on setting divisional goals and objectives.
- Contribute to annual performance reviews by providing insights into team members' performance and development needs.
About you:
- At least 5 years management experience in the defense industry.
- Previous experience managing software development and analyst teams.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to be the main point of contact to the prime contractor.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with the prime contractor and identify additional opportunities.
- Previous experience managing project budgets, staffing and recruiting.
- Experience tracking project deliverables, meeting project deadlines and milestones.
- Leadership and management capabilities to support a growing team of developers.
- TS/SCI required.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
