Role Mission
Support the front counter, deliver a great customer experience, and develop into a high performing Service Advisor.
What You'll Do
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out
- Support service advisors with estimates and communication
- Keep repair orders clean, accurate, and moving
- Help ensure a smooth, professional customer experience
- Follow up with customers as needed
