What You’ll Do
- Deliver a pleasant and memorable customer experience at every interaction
- Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and prepare service estimates
- Recommend services with confidence and integrity
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency
- Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
- Maintain strong, respectful working relationships with the service team
- Help uphold the shop’s reputation for honesty and outstanding workmanship
What We’re Looking For
? High School Diploma or GED required
? Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
? 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role)
? 1 year of sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and lead
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
? Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
