Senior Human Resources Manager

This individual will partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to support performance management, employee development, retention initiatives, and programs that position the company as an employer of choice in the community.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)
- 7 years of Human Resources Management experience
- Experience leading talent acquisition and recruiting initiatives
- Exposure to corporate and manufacturing environments
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
