Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS degree in engineering
- Experience managing an engineering team in a plant manufacturing environment with a strong preference for food or beverage manufacturing
- Capital project management
- Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to lean, TPM or similar programs
- Reliability and maintenance program implementation
- Process Improvement Projects
