The Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the team to lead the operation to a higher level. The director will support production, quality, maintenance and logistics focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
- History of supporting Operations and developing high performing teams
- Ability to set clear expectations with goals and objectives and hold the team accountable
- Previous start-up experience is a plus
- Previous experience with a pasteurization process is preferred
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
