Job Description:
The data center team is seeking an intern for the summer of 2025. A qualified candidate that would be motivated, able to work in a team setting, and skilled in computer engineering or a related field.
As a data center team intern, you will create a method for digitizing SOPs and instructions. You may also be asked to help troubleshoot computer engineering/science problems.
- Develop, test, and maintain software that ports SOPs into a digital format
- Document all your findings and procedures
- Troubleshoot and solve computer-related problems as they relate to robotic engineering
- Experience with industrial automation systems
- Familiarity with hardware testing methodologies and tools
- Experience in creating databases
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.
- Completion of at least one year of coursework is preferred.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings or work instructions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Upon Completion of the Internship Program Requirements
Final Presentation
At the conclusion of the internship, each intern is required to deliver a 5–10-minute presentation to the team summarizing their experience. The presentation should include:
- An overview of the projects and tasks completed
- Key skills and knowledge gained throughout the internship
- Challenges encountered and how they were addressed
- Recommendations or insights for future improvements
