Job Description
- Receive hands-on training in Creo and Windchill CAD systems.
- Learn to create 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs for manufacturing.
- Obtain an understanding of mechanical design tolerances, focusing on form, fit, and finish principles.
- Gain exposure to design considerations, material selection, and functional requirements.
- Develop an understanding of engineering techniques such as welding and mechanical fastening.
- Participate in engineering change management and document control processes.
- Understand the complete design-to-manufacturing engineering workflow.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.
- Completion of at least one year of coursework is preferred
- Ability to read simple technical drawings or work instructions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
