Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day marketing operations including scheduling, content coordination, and campaign tracking
- Manage and update company website, social media profiles, and online listings
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as newsletters, and promotional content
- Coordinate with vendors
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and analytics
- Assist with lead generation efforts and maintain CRM database records
- Support community outreach, sponsorships, and local advertising initiatives
- Assume point of contact and communicate with clients summarizing information to be relayed to other employees
- Invoicing, ordering: clients and materials
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or communications role
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Familiarity with the construction or trades industry is a bonus but not required
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
