When current CEO/Owner Matt Greiner formed the corporation in 2004, the team consisted of fewer than five employees in a single location. Today, we are a team of approximately 50 employees across four locations: Washington, Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Kewanee, Illinois.

Who You Might Be:
- A skilled craftsperson with experience in post-frame, stud-frame, steel-frame, or general contracting/project management
- A problem-solver who thrives in the field, in the shop, or behind the scenes
- A detail-oriented designer or estimator who understands both the big picture and the fine points
- A logistics or operations professional who keeps work flowing efficiently
- Someone who excels in accounting/finance and analyzing detailed financial reports
- A tech-savvy innovator eager to help modernize traditional construction practices (especially strong in Excel, numbers, and logical reasoning)
- A sales professional with a proven track record of building relationships, closing sales, serving customers, and exceeding goals
- A team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
What You Bring:
