What You’ll Be Doing
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
- Help prep and clean job sites, including removing debris and materials
- Load and unload tools and materials from trucks
- Support carpenters, finishers, and other crew members as needed
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety rules and speak up if something isn’t right
- Report any incidents to your foreman or supervisor right away
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of construction experience preferred
- Willingness to travel to different job sites when needed
- Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical work
- Good work ethic and reliable—someone the crew can count on
- Takes safety seriously and works well with a team
