Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas on-site
- Prepare work sites by cleaning debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials for efficient workflow
- Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and loading/unloading supplies
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others
- Operate simple machinery and tools under supervision, including wheelbarrows, hand tools, and small power equipment
- Support the installation of structures by holding materials in place or providing support during assembly
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards or issues that need attention and report them promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team environment
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform strenuous tasks throughout the day
