What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist conduit installers and electricians with daily jobsite tasks
- Help install EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit systems
- Carry, load, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Assist with cutting, bending, and assembling conduit
- Help pull wire and cable through conduit systems
- Prep and clean work areas to keep the job site safe and organized
- Follow blueprints, layouts, and instructions from supervisors
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
- Follow all company safety standards and OSHA requirements
- Report safety concerns, incidents, or damaged equipment immediately
What We’re Looking For
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn conduit installation and electrical work
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, or in active construction environments
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow direction
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
