What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with placing, finishing, and curing concrete
- Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment as needed
- Help prep job sites, including form cleaning, staging materials, and cleanup
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks
- Support finishers, carpenters, and other crew members as needed
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety rules and speak up if something isn’t right
- Report any safety issues, incidents, or quality concerns to your foreman
What We’re Looking For
- Concrete or construction experience preferred
- Willingness to travel to different job sites when needed
- Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical work
- Good work ethic and reliable—someone the crew can count on
- Takes safety seriously and works well with a team
