What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Receptionist position at Gregg Orr Auto Collection?
Hours: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM -7:00 PM and every Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Purpose: The Receptionist is the Director of First Impressions for Gregg Orr Auto Collection at each dealership. This team member is often the first representative of the dealership to greet visitors by phone and in person. Making a strong, positive and helpful first impression, reflects the high value we place on guest experience. The director of first impression will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system, determine caller’s needs and route to appropriate department.
Greet visitors, determine their needs and contacts the appropriate department for visitor escort
Creates a unique and personalize experience for each customer
Extend hospitality to all customers and associates
Support departments with can do attitude
Manage the overall appearance of the showroom
Manage the overall appearance of waiting areas
Assist various departments with special projects as needed
Communicate customer’s needs to those responsible
Write handwritten thank you notes for all sales customers
Empowered to assume personal accountability for satisfying all customers you meet
Responsible for scheduling part time personnel to assure reception duties are always covered
Responsible for training and managing part time personnel
Administrative duties as assigned by GM
Responsible for cashiering tickets in the service department
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
