What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Welcome customers as they arrive at our office
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate team members
- Be able to take detailed messages
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
- Support our sales and service teams as needed
- Help create an exceptional customer experience for every person who contacts our agency
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous office, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Uses proper grammar and has strong attention to detail
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Can stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced office
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of office, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Insurance experience is not required-we'll train the right person
- Must be able to work in person at our Tyler office
