Position Summary: We are in search of a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an unlicensed Client Service Representative. This role is key in providing general support to our clients within the personal and small business lines insurance sector. You will help with billing, claims follow-up, and offer overall assistance to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients through superior customer service.
· Assist clients with billing inquiries and navigate them through the payment process.
· Follow up on insurance claims to keep clients updated on their status and provide necessary support.
· Offer general support and direct clients to the appropriate department or licensed representative for specific insurance queries.
· Maintain accurate client records, documenting all interactions and transactions.
· Collaborate with licensed account managers to ensure client needs are met.
· Stay informed about company policies and procedures related to personal lines insurance.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Experience in a customer service role; experience in the insurance industry is the plus but not required.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient with computers and various software applications.
Work Schedule:
· This position is based in our Ruidoso, New Mexico office.
· The work schedule is Monday through Thursday 8:00am -5:00pm, Friday’s 8:00am-4:00pm.
