Finance Manager
Gregg Orr Auto Collection – Porsche Destin
Gregg Orr Auto Collection is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to support our Porsche Destin location. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premier luxury brand while playing a critical role in dealership profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Position Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the dealership consistently meets unit sales quotas and gross profit objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This role also drives additional revenue by presenting and selling finance and insurance products that enhance the customer ownership experience—while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell financing, insurance, and protection products to customers
- Offer extended warranties and approved aftermarket products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple finance sources, including factory and non-factory partners
- Accurately submit deal documentation and secure approvals from finance sources
- Ensure all finance transactions comply with federal and dealership regulations
- Train and support sales team members on finance processes and best practices
- Establish, track, and achieve monthly performance objectives
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment that reflects the Porsche brand
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in finance or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Previous automotive dealership experience required
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proven sales experience with a results-driven mindset
- Solid computer and software proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check and MVR
- Valid driver’s license required
