Role OverviewThe Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. This role works closely with the CEO and leadership team to support financial decision-making, provide accurate financial data and analysis, and ensure the company’s financial operations run efficiently and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & Planning
- Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, budget execution, and cash management
- Assist in the preparation and execution of annual financial plans and forecasts
- Monitor financial performance to ensure smooth and stable operations
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Monitor budget execution and control costs
- Support departments and projects in financial planning and allocation
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, content, and management teams to ensure financial alignment with business needs
- Assist with finance-related matters for contracts, vendors, and partnerships
5. Team & Process Development
- Support the optimization of financial processes, tools, and reporting standards
- Participate in team development and training to enhance finance operations
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in media, content, or technology platforms is a plus
