Job Responsibilities
- Respond to internet sales leads by phone, text message, and email
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs and wants in a vehicle purchase
- Books appointments based on customer wants, inventory, and sales associate’s availability
Maintain and build customer relationships through thorough follow- up - Expected to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day
- Cultivate a strong, working relationship between the Sales and BDC Departments
- Train sales staff in the proper usage of the CRM
Monitor conversion rates and ensure we're at, or above, industry standards - Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings
- Call center experience a plus
- Automotive experience a plus
- Must be self driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and news in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
