RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Property & Casualty License (must be willing to obtain)
- Sales skills, such as relationship building, product knowledge, and upselling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational abilities for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software
- Motivation to achieve goals and willingness to complete necessary licensing exams
