Job Responsibilities Include:

• Greet customers, record orders, assure accuracy of orders in POS system
• Work with other associates to prepare food if needed
• Ensure dining room cleanliness by clearing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing tables and counter surfaces
• Ensure supplies are well stocked at all times
• Handle guest concerns and complaints  professionally and calmly to resolve problems.
• Communicate with management team
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast paced environment
