Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf maintenance using various power tools and hand tools to ensure pristine turf conditions.
- Conduct tree care activities such as pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth and safety.
- Support seasonal tasks like snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently is essential for success in this energetic environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are advantageous for safe operation and troubleshooting.
- A strong willingness to learn and being on time to work is a must in this industry; tardiness and a poor work ethic is not tolerated.
- Showing respect for our clients while operating lawn care machinery through, near, and around landscape beds, cars, homes, and other personal property is crucial to our success.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscape maintenance techniques, or tree care practices will help you excel in this role.
