The Landscape Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of residential and commercial properties. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, the technician will perform seasonal landscape care tasks, operating equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards. This full-time role experiences peak workloads during spring and summer and includes regular driving of company vehicles between sites. There are growth opportunities to advance to a Lead Technician position.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Prune plants to promote healthy growth and appearance
- Control weeds using manual and chemical methods
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Remove debris and maintain clean work areas
- Drive company vehicles regularly between job sites
