Server/ Bartender

Greenwood’s is an all day restaurant inspired by Chef Bill Greenwood's Rustic Mountain Cuisine with influences from the American South.

We are looking for hospitality professionals with a passion for food, service, and providing unrivaled experiences for our guests. The right candidates have flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Candidates should pride themselves on flawless execution, wine presentation, and menu knowledge for both food and beverage.

Duties and Responsibilities as follows:

• Minimum 6-months serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
• Proficient knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
• 100% food and beverage menu knowledge with the ability to suggest pairings when necessary
• Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Reliable with a driven work ethic
• Must be available weekends
• Contribute to our Mission, Every Guest Leaves Happy, through teamwork, hospitality, proactive communication, and helping outside your role as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with all servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure an efficient and positive working relationship.
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed guest service expectations.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.
• Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return.
• Keep designated service stations clean and organized.
• Complete assigned side work at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $10.63 per hour plus tips
