Key Responsibilities
- Monitor requests through the vendor maintenance email addresses. Ensure accurate and timely completion of the requested action. This includes reviewing the request for accurate information, documentation, and approvals.
- Use vendor information from the request form and supporting documents to create or update the vendor master. Validate the accuracy of the vendor details using data validation tools. Document the validation accurately within the request.
- Respond to or escalate requests from vendors, business, or department inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve vendor master data issues preventing timely payment issuance.
- Assist, as needed, with projects related to improvement of Vendor Master activities.
- Align and clean-up historical and current vendor data to properly align with standards.
- Perform any other related duties and assignments as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word including folder management and tagging.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Ability to work with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization effectively, promptly, and professionally, with a customer service mindset
- Ability to make decisions in logical and rational manner; demonstrates good judgement and stays collected under pressure
- Ability to gather facts, analyze problems in depth and break down into components
- Ability to multitask, adapt to and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with a commitment to deadlines
- High integrity and strong work ethics
- Creative, contributes to new processes, generates new approaches to problems and better ways of working
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) would be very beneficial.
Salary : $19 - $20
