We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional financial support to our organization located in the heart of our community. This role is vital in ensuring accurate processing of invoices and maintaining our commitment to quality care through efficient financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation
- Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Enter invoices, check disbursements, and follow up with vendors for missing bills or client inquiries.
- Scan and electronically file financial documents for easy retrieval.
- Identify and resolve duplicate invoices and payments to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely payments and financial stability.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash disbursements
- General knowledge of cash flow
- Previous experience with PCC
- A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
