We are a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead and support a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors. This role is critical in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance across both administrative and shop floor operations.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
• Oversee quality documentation, records, and reporting for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and improve quality systems aligned with ISO/QS/AS standards
• Lead internal audits and support external audits
• Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Track and analyze key quality metrics (scrap, rework, customer complaints)
• Ensure inspection and testing processes are properly executed
• Train and mentor team members on quality procedures and expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Support new product launches with proper quality documentation and processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, knowledge of ISO 9001
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation control
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in both office and shop floor environments
