We are a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead and support a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors. This role is critical in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance across both administrative and shop floor operations.
ScheduleCompensation
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
- Oversee quality documentation, records, and reporting for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and improve quality systems aligned with ISO/QS/AS standards
- Lead internal audits and support external audits
- Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Track and analyze key quality metrics (scrap, rework, customer complaints)
- Ensure inspection and testing processes are properly executed
- Train and mentor team members on quality procedures and expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Support new product launches with proper quality documentation and processes
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, knowledge of ISO 9001
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation control
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in both office and shop floor environments
