RECEPTIONIST - Full Time - Greenwood Care, Evanston, IL

GREENWOOD CARE, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, Illinois, has Openings for Full Time Receptionists - $18.00 per hour ~ This is a Union Position ~

We are looking for an Agent of Customer Service with a Big Smile, a Positive Attitude, and a Professional Appearance!

Shift Available:

Full Time, 4pm-12am

Responsibilities of the Part Time Receptionist:

• Answer and direct incoming calls, keep records
• Welcome and direct visitors and vendors upon arrival to the facility
• Monitor what residents bring into the facility
• Manage files and tend to office duties, including typing, filing, sorting mail, directing faxes
• Keep lobby safe and tidy

Requirements

Requirements of the Part Time Receptionist:

• Basic computer and typing skills
• Some experience with a multi line phone system
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Experience in the mental health field preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must speak, read, and write English
• Must be tolerant, compassionate and understanding of individuals with psychiatric conditions
