JOB TITLE: Bell Person
REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Director of Operations
DEPARTMENT: Front Service
DEPARTMENT HEAD: Director of Operations
Welcome and escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their room accommodations, parking & retrieving guest vehicles, as well as providing general information regarding the hotel and local attractions; maintaining an even flow of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms and providing storage of the luggage promptly and safely; providing personal & professional service to guests for their business and concierge needs.
Qualifications:1. Have to be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
2. Have a valid drivers license with a clean record
3. Good customer service skills
4. Must be well spoken and have great interpersonal skills
5. Must have a flexible schedule and an ability to work weekends and holidays
