Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Opportunity Management
- Manage a portfolio of alumnae engaged in career exploration while cultivating relationships with alumnae, parents, and employer partners to support internships, mentorship, and job placements
- Proactively source and develop internship, job, and project-based opportunities through GA Connect and CRC networks, with a primary focus on the financial services industry
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employer partners, stewarding relationships and ensuring a strong, professional experience
- Oversee application workflows, including collecting materials, reviewing submissions, and assembling candidate packets
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between students, alumnae and employers
- Track outcomes and maintain accurate records of placements and engagement
- Advise and support students and alumnae throughout the internship and job search process
- Provide guidance on CRC tools and resources, including GA Connect profiles, resumes, and application materials
- Reinforce professional expectations, including timely communication and follow-through
- Help ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all CRC touchpoints
- Build and maintain relationships with employer partners within the GA community and beyond
- Support outreach to alumnae, parents, and friends of GA to expand the opportunity network
- Assist in onboarding new employers to GA Connect
- Follow up with partners to gather feedback and strengthen long-term relationships
- Support planning and execution of CRC programming, including: Career Day, Summer Opportunity Fair, Career Week, Finance Week, Workshops and industry-specific events
- Partner with the Director to liaise with the Upper School ensuring an experience for all students before graduation
- Maintain accurate data across platforms (GA Connect | 12twenty, Raiser’s Edge, and related systems)
- Track engagement metrics, application activity, and placement outcomes
- A natural connector with strong interpersonal, networking, relationship building, and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

- Facility with technology platforms and data systems
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and recruiting timelines is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (career services, recruiting, advancement, or similar)
- Experience working with students, young professionals, or alumni networks preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or career platforms (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, 12twenty, or similar) a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
- Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend events
