Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding vehicle purchasing experience from start to finish.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current Kia models, features, technology, incentives, and promotions.
• Discuss financing options, warranties, and dealership programs with customers.
• Generate repeat and referral business through excellent customer service.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after the sale.
• Work closely with management and finance teams to complete vehicle sales efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales processes.
• Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience required
• Previous dealership sales experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work flexible dealership hours, including evenings and weekends
