Greenway Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Specialist / Parts Inventory Associate to join our growing parts department. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation: $35,000–$48,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and other applicable factors.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians by locating and supplying the correct automotive parts and accessories
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stored safely and efficiently
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of damaged or missing parts
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Lift and move automotive parts weighing up to 75 pounds
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous automotive parts, warehouse, inventory, or dealership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
