Compensation: $70,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience, performance, customer satisfaction, and other qualifying factors.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Monitor repair orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and support dealership goals for CSI and retention
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Kia or dealership experience is a plus
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license required
