Join Our Team
Riverchase Kia is looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Support Associate to help support the daily operations of our dealership. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and helping keep the dealership organized and running efficiently.
Compensation
$15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and other qualifying factors.
Responsibilities
- Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and clear of debris.
- Move and transport vehicles between departments and designated locations.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, transfers, and pick-ups.
- Park and organize vehicles throughout the dealership.
- Assist with basic vehicle cleaning and preparation.
- Fuel vehicles as needed.
- Support the Sales, Service, Parts, and other dealership departments with vehicle movement.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery as needed.
- Perform other general dealership support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate and move vehicles.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
