Greenway Kia West is Hiring! We need a Service Administrative Assistant for our busy Service Department.
**We are looking for a full-time Service Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees.
Pay ranges from $18-$20 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage advisors repair orders
- Manage all warranty repair communications with our warranty group
- Update accounting schedules
- Submit and scan all required documents to Docuware
- Assist management with time keeping records
- Assist management with any required tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- CDK experience required
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair highly desired
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Strong organization skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly trustworthy and security conscious
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
