Greenway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Anniston is actively seeking Experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $65,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.
CDJR dealership experience is preferred. ASE Certified Technicians are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform inspections, testing, and repairs using diagnostic tools and specialized equipment
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and deliver quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience required
- CDJR dealership experience preferred
- ASE Certification preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license required
