What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greenway Kia North - Appointment Coordinator position at Greenway Automotive Group?
Greenway Automotive Kia North is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This position will focus on contacting customers, scheduling appointments, following up on service opportunities, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Compensation
$40,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience, performance, bonuses, and other qualifying factors.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to current and potential customers.
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding service and maintenance needs.
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email.
- Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate Service Advisor or department.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Follow up with customers who have missed or canceled appointments.
- Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Work closely with the Service Department to maximize customer appointments.
Qualifications
- Previous appointment-setting, call center, BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Professional and friendly phone presence.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using computers and customer management systems.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
