Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Supervisor based in Tucson, AZ. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including managing HR policies, handling employee relations, leading performance management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. The HR Supervisor will also support workforce planning, recruitment, and provide guidance to employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns
- Background in talent acquisition (multifamily real estate industry preferred)
- Knowledge of Performance Management practices and strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and fully committed
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster a positive and compliant work environment
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Manage ADP RUN system
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
