About The Triumph

The Greenville Triumph Soccer Club is a founding member of the United Soccer League’s League One, having joined in 2018. The club, which was runner-up in their inaugural 2019 season before winning a championship in 2020, has one of the strongest digital and social presences in the USL. The club has taken home multiple league awards for digital and social media and maintains some of the highest engagement across League One.

About The Liberty

The Greenville Liberty is a founding member of the United Soccer League’s W League, which began play in 2022. The club, which features elite pre-professional women’s players, won the South Atlantic Division in 2022 and advanced to the W League Semifinals.

Position Overview

Greenville Triumph SC is seeking passionate and driven individuals who want to jumpstart their career in soccer with our Operations Internship. We are looking for students to join our team for the summer of our 2026 season. This position will assist the Director of Player Personnel in organizing, planning, and executing the logistical needs of the Triumph, Liberty, and U20 teams. This internship is eligible for college credit.

Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Learn and understand essential league documents (CBA, Player Registration Manual, etc)
• Plan and execute team travel for away matches
• Plan and create travel itineraries for daily training, home matches, and travel for away matches
• Plan, order, and pick up post training/match meals
• Plan and manage schedule for player appearances
• Assist in locker room setup and preparation for home matches
• Function as home/away team liaison during home matches
• Assist with all player care related matters
• Other administrative duties as assigned by management
  
  

Internship Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Canva
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks at once
• Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and solution-oriented
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, in both brainstorming and execution
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work matches (home/away), weekends, and evenings as required
• Must complete all SafeSport and safeguarding requirements for U.S Soccer Federation, USL, and Greenville Triumph SC
