Greenville Technical College is looking for an experienced IT professional to join our Information Technology team at the Thomas E. Barton Campus.
This position will provide advanced technical support, resolve complex technical issues, support IT service management operations, create documentation and training resources, analyze service performance, and help lead service improvements. The successful candidate will also serve as a technical resource and point of escalation for customers and support staff.
Position details:
-Full-time, 40 hours per week
-Anticipated hiring range: $46,206–$62,322

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, account access, networking, endpoint devices, and IT service-management platforms is preferred.
