Position Summary]
As a Team GRS Project Manager starting at $54k-$110k OTE (Base Bonuses) you will be responsible for directly overseeing day-to-day field operations, including management of subcontractor crews and ensuring timely arrival and job site departure where in-house crews are involved. As a function of leadership, you will be responsible for various facets of the restoration process including estimate packaging, material orders, quality control assessments, new-hire field training and ensuring all state and local regulatory requirements are met. Your success will be determined by your ability to effectively lead and manage teams under your supervision as well as by your ability to ensure smooth logistical handoffs and timely project completion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Track active and pending job progress, forecast possible bottlenecks and take active measures to ensure efficient job flow.
- Train new team lead and field technician hires, ensuring rapid ramp to productivity timelines
- Cultivate strong relationships with team leads and field technicians to provide timely and specific leadership
- Work in conjunction with subcontractors to ensure job progress is timely and results are consistent with Team GRS standards
- Develop positive working relationships, where applicable, with customers and mitigate negative experiences that may result from missed or inaccurate communication to and from team leads
- Receive communication and feedback from field technician employees and analyze opportunities for growth and improvement

Job Requirements
- Must have minimum 1 year of quantifiable project management or relevant experience
- Must have minimum 3 years of quantifiable experience in the fire/water/mold restorations industry
- Must have current IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification
- Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Greenville, SC
- Must be available and able to work in-office from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (2x pay for hours worked outside traditional working hours)
- Must be comfortable and capable using cloud-based technology systems such as Xactimate, G-Suite, Word, Excel, Quickbooks and CRM systems (ProvenJobs)
- Prior insurance negotiation or project estimation experience is strongly recommended
- Must be comfortable and capable of both written and verbal communication
- Experience in B2C customer service is strongly encouraged but not required
- Must have valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
*Sign On Bonus to be paid within 30 days, contingent upon satisfactory entry performance
**PTO & Vacation Policy: 2 PTO days and 6 paid holidays/year, effective at 90 days of employment. 1 week vacation time at 6 months employment, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 5 years with a 1 week annual rollover.
