Registered Nurse (RN) – Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Practice
Our practice is seeking an experienced, highly dependable Registered Nurse to join our growing facial plastic surgery team in a unique hybrid role that combines operative nursing, patient care, and practice operations support.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys both surgical and clinical patient care and thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment. The position is four days per week and includes substantial intraoperative responsibilities (2-3 days per week), along with postoperative patient care and select administrative responsibilities related to surgical facility operations and accreditation (1-2 days per week).
Primary Responsibilities
Surgical / Operative Responsibilities
- Complete preoperative process on day of surgery, including relevant paperwork, preop testing, and IV placement
- Circulate during facial plastic surgery procedures
- Scrub and assist during procedures as needed
- Monitor and recover patients in PACU
- Maintain a calm, organized, patient-focused surgical environment
- Ensure adherence to sterile technique and patient safety standards
Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist with postoperative visits and patient follow-up care
- Provide patient education and recovery guidance
- Support continuity of care and patient communication
- Collaborate closely with surgeon and clinical team regarding patient needs
Administrative / Operational Responsibilities
- Assist with QUAD A accreditation management and compliance
- Help maintain surgical documentation, protocols, and operational standards
- Support workflow optimization and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in maintaining a highly organized, efficient practice environment

Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Circulating and/or other comparable operating room experience required
- Experience in plastic surgery, ENT, facial plastics, ambulatory surgery, or cosmetic medicine preferred
- PACU and recovery experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
