Role Description
Greenville Appliance & Mattress is growing and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers make confident buying decisions, thrive in a commission-based sales environment, and want to represent a respected local business in Eastern North Carolina, this opportunity is for you. We specialize in premium appliances and quality mattresses, and we pride ourselves on delivering expert guidance, professional service, and long-term customer relationships. Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and motivated to succeed.
What You'll Do
• Guide customers through appliance and mattress purchases from consultation to after-sale follow-up
• Develop deep product knowledge across major appliance brands and mattress lines
• Maintain and follow up on open sales orders
• Work Saturdays (with a weekday off)
• Attend sales meetings and vendor trainings
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Support showroom organization, opening and closing procedures
• Provide both in-store and phone-based customer assistance
