🌟 What You’ll DoAs a Client Relations Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of commercial clients. Your role focuses on proactive communication, customer-first service, and delivering exceptional landscape outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through consistent, proactive communication
- Conduct scheduled site walks to identify opportunities, enhancements, risks, and seasonal needs
- Partner with production teams to ensure work is executed with quality, safety, and professionalism
- Anticipate client needs by identifying issues before they occur and presenting solutions early
- Prepare proposals for enhancements, improvements, and seasonal services
- Ensure all client expectations are met, documented, and followed through
- Track service delivery in Aspire and upload photos, notes, and action items
- Support clients with landscape strategies that strengthen curb appeal, safety, and long-term health
- Represent Greenscape’s values and commitment to exceptional service on every visit
